On 17 April, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gabrielius Landsbergis, met with the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan. The meeting focused on Armenia’s aspirations to continue rapprochement with the European Union, diversify foreign policies, ensure sustainable peace in the South Caucasus region, and the importance of supporting Ukraine.

On 17 April, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gabrielius Landsbergis,  and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra, Imma Tor Faus, signed a double taxation avoidance agreement between Lithuania and Andorra. The application of this agreement will facilitate the development of economic ties between Lithuania and Andorra and encourage mutual investment.

On April 16 in Vilnius, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gabrielius Landsbergis, met with the Finnish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elina Valtonen. On March 29, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania summoned the chargé d’affaires ad interim of Belarus Yaroslav Khmyl and handed him a diplomatic note expressing a solid protest over Aliaksandr Lukashenko’s unreasonable criticism expressed during conversations with commanders of the Belarusian Armed Forces of alleged military threats to Belarus rising from Lithuania, the insinuation of the Suwalki Corridor’s indefensibility, and ordering the Belarusian army to prepare for a possible confrontation with the Baltic states and Poland.
